The Phong Nguyen Wind Power Plant Project Overview
The project began building in April 2020 after receiving approval from Quang Tri province’s People’s Committee. Tan Thanh commune, Huong Phung, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province, developed the factory. The work was completed in September 2021, after more than a year of construction. The plant was tested, accepted, and calibrated until October 2021. The plant was successfully activated and generated after that. The plant’s overall design capacity is 48 MW. The Phong Nguyen Wind Power Joint Stock Company is the project’s investor.
