The Phan Lam 2 solar power plant project was constructed in June 2020 in Phan Lam commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province. The factory was officially opened and put into operation in November 2020, after 5 months of construction. As planned, the total installed capacity of the project is 49 MWp. The BBG Group is the project’s investor.
PC1 is responsible for legal services, technical design, procurement, construction, development, production, installation, testing, operation, and COD for the power plant as part of this project.
Project Scale and Progress
With a total area of 58.8 hectares, the Phan Lam 2 solar power plant is a large-scale project. In which case, the project has a total investment capital of up to VND 1,202 billion.
The progress of the project is divided into 3 phases as follows:
