An Overview of the Bach Khoa – A Chau solar power plant project
The project started construction in December 2018 at Suoi Day commune, Tan Chau, Tay Ninh. The plant was energized and put into commercial operation in June 2019 after completing the acceptance procedure. According to the design, the machine’s entire installed capacity is 30 MWp. The project is managed and operated by Sungrow Group.
PC1 is responsible for legal services, technical design, procurement, construction, development, production, installation, testing, operation, and COD for the power plant as part of this project.
The Project Scale
The Bach Khoa-A Chau solar power plant project is being invested in with a capital of VND 760 billion. The land area used for the construction of works is 60 hectares. 36 hectares are for long-term usage, while the remaining 24 hectares are for short-term usage.
The project’s connection plan includes the following works:
- Bach Khoa – A Chau solar power’s rising voltage 22/110kV substations have a capacity of 40 MVA.
- The Tay Ninh 1 solar power 110kV cut-off station on the 110kV Bourbon -Tay Ninh 220kV substation is connected to the Tri Viet 1 Solar Power Plant Project.
- The 110kV ACSR120 conductor line runs for 6 kilometers from Bach Khoa- A Chau’s 22/110kV solar power substation to Tay Ninh 1 Solar Power’s 110kV power plant. The line links to the Tri Viet 1 Solar Power Plant Project 110kV line.
In a nutshell, the project was established and put into operation successfully. As a result, a significant amount of electricity is added to the national power grid. At the same time, it contributes to the country’s energy security.
