The plant was constructed on 48 hectares of land in the Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province. According to the plan, the construction contained 12 wind turbines with a capacity of roughly 4 MW per turbine. The Lien Lap Wind Power Plant project also includes funding for the construction of a 110 kV transformer station with a capacity of one 110\/35 kV 63 MVA transformer. A two-busbar arrangement is used on the 110 kV side. The total transformer T1 in series with the 110kV TBA busbar of the Huong Tan wind power station is exposed in one compartment. The 35kV side operates under a single busbar system. It has one main transformer compartment, one measuring compartment, and three wind turbine feeder compartments.<\/span><\/p>\n

The average quantity of power produced each year is 158.8 GWh. It offers a lot of advantages because of its huge power output and purchase price incentives. As a result, consumers can purchase wind electricity at sea for 9.8 cents per kWh (about 2,223 VND); onshore wind power for 8.5 cents per kWh (approximately 1,927 VND).
