Phu My solar power plant project, which started construction in May 2020, was inaugurated in December 2020. The plant was successfully energized and put into commercial operation 216 MW out of a total capacity of 330 MW after only 7 months of construction. Before February 28, 2021, the remaining 114 MW of phase two will be completed and powered.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Phu My Solar Power Plant Project is divided into 2 phases, including 3 plants with capacities of 120 MW, 110 MW and 100 MW, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Phu My solar power plant project, which covers an area of 380 hectares, has a total investment of more than 6,200 billion VND.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first 216 MW will be connected to the national power grid after successful commissioning, energizing, and putting into operation on December 31, 2020, ensuring a reliable power supply and improving daily activities and business. As a result, users will receive a discounted rate of 7.09 cents per kWh (equal to 1,644 VND per kWh). The project will produce roughly 520 million kWh per year once phase 2 is completed. The quantity of electricity produced can cover the demands of 200,000 homes while also reducing CO2 emissions by 146,000 tons.<\/span><\/p>\n
